Through De Montfort University we are able to offer you the Level 6 Chartered Manager, and Level 7 Senior Leader Master’s Degree Apprenticeship (MBA) Courses. Each course is carefully tailored to provide the good quality training that you expect and deserve.
We also offer a Level 5 Operations/Departmental Higher Education Course.
Let’s go through a brief summary of each course.
(Higher Education) Level 5 Operations/Departmental Manager:
An operations/departmental manager is someone who manages teams, projects, and achieves operational or departmental goals and objectives, as part of the delivery of the organisation’s strategy.
Specific responsibilities and job titles will vary, but the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed will be the same.
Key responsibilities include creating and delivering operational plans, managing projects, leading and managing teams, coaching and mentoring, financial and resource management, talent management, and managing change.
(Degree Level Apprenticeship) Level 6 Chartered Manager:
A chartered manager is a person who takes responsibility for the staff, projects, services and operations in order to produce sustained organisational success. They also have experienced appreciation of their ability to produce. A chartered manager will also behave ethically at all times and can establish their commitment to ongoing learning.
Chartered managers may work in the private, public or third sector, they may also work in all sizes of organisations ranging from small to large ones.
(Degree Level Apprenticeship) Level 7 Senior Leader Master’s Degree Apprenticeship (MBA):
A Senior Leader is a role model, with responsibility for those in senior positions/significant organisational budgets.
They are responsible for direction, vision, providing a clear sense of purpose, and driving strategic intent. Senior Leaders can identify market trends, environmental influences, longer-term opportunities, and risks. Through their leadership, they are responsible for developing innovative, supportive, and robust cultures with the ability to deliver results.
