Online Apprenticeships

Take Your Training Online

The past year has seen a huge change in the way the world works. Every industry has had to adapt and overcome the obstacles thrown up by the COVID-19 pandemic. But in times of extreme adversity, sometimes we flourish. Capital 4 Training has been delivering the majority of our apprenticeships remotely since the first lockdown in March 2020. It is a model we have found success with, and a service we wish to expand upon and continue to provide even when a sense of normality returns.

Learning Online

Our objective throughout this last year has been to redevelop our training so that the majority of it can be completed not only face-to-face but on a remote basis as well. By moving to this online model, we are able to continue to deliver our training and apprenticeships to anyone, anywhere. Remote learning has many benefits, such as:

  • helping to facilitate knowledge retention.
  • improving employee productivity.
  • offering the opportunity to train people at multiple locations.
  • training content can be drip-fed to increase efficiency.
  • a highly-customized level of training.
  • increased training attendance

Committed to the Future

Moving into 2021, we’ve found that many companies and organisations have adapted well to remote working and learning. Because of this continued demand, our apprenticeships will continue to offer an online option from now on. We are constantly working to refine our courses to be delivered in this manner, and are committed to making our online training the best it can be.

Our team is currently working remotely, so we are always on hand to help in any way we can.

Pandemic Proof

The Government has put measures in place to make it easier for apprentices to continue their training, and complete their courses, or alternately pause their apprenticeship to resume at a later date. Apprenticeship funding is still available, and the overall objective is to ensure apprentices can still be trained as planned. Find out more information on the Government’s Website, here.
