Our goal at Capital 4 Training is to support you, and we strive to provide a superior Information, Advice, and Guidance (IAG) service to ensure that all learners and employers can maximize their choice of learning, career, work and life goals. Information, guidance and support is available at any time, including prior to your sign up, whilst you are on your learning journey, and after completion.
Information, Advice and Guidance sessions are designed to teach you about the Apprenticeship process, including what happens during and after your apprenticeship. Things that are covered in IAG sessions include:

Additionally, the National Careers Service website has online tools that can help you find a job that is right for you. The Skills Health Check is available here. These quizzes and activities help you determine your strengths, interests, and motivations. Once you have completed at least one assessment, you will be able to download your report. It is also possible to make yourself an action plan to use during job interviews.
